Apple have gotten a real habit of calling everything pro now. From the iPhone to the Macbook and now the AirPods. And usually I love apple products, but lately; the past years, the designs and names have been on my last nerve. But I must say, these new AirPods have changed my mind, and I can finally say that I am excited to see how Apple has improved its product.

The new AirPods Pro has significantly grown to me ever since I found out about them. With great new features, a nicer design than the older generation AirPods,(which isn’t honestly that far) and longer batte…never mind it’s half an hour decreased. Apple; Really? Anyways let’s talk about the new features and improvements on the new AirPods Pro.

These Pro earbuds have the same H1 chip as the older AirPods, obviously being able to engrave your brothers name on them is still there but there are two other features that, well, other companies have already had but that’s nothing new with Apple; and those two new features are active noise cancellation and sweat and water resistance; well three if you want to consider the felt gel tips for a nice fit in your ears. Let’s talk about them.

The AirPods Pro are the only in-ear headphones with active noise cancellation “that continuously adapt to the geometry of your ear and the fit of the ear tips — blocking out the world so you can focus on what you’re listening to;” Sounds great huh? “The outward microphone picks up external sound and then counters it with equal anti-noise, canceling the external sound before you hear it.” That is what is called the active noise cancellation.

Transparency mode is pretty much the same difference. What transparency mode does, is it lets outside noise in and allows things to sound and feel natural when talking with people nearby. This mode is a great feature if you are walking outside with heavy traffic or maybe at the gym as you’re working out and someone wants to grab your attention to steal your bench; don’t you just hate that. But that’s what those two features are: Active noise cancellation and Transparency Mode.

Now if you plan on buying them, don’t think that you’re going to pay the same price as the older ones. No, no, no, why would Apple do that? $249, as opposed to the $159 that you’d spend for the older AirPods, is the price for the spectacular AirPods Pro (Sarcasm in there.) But if you need something over-ear, be sure to check out the newest Solo Pro Beats headphones that just launched as well lol Sorry had to throw in a laugh for the excessive Pro Adjective for these products. Alright, I’m finished; go spend your money that was supposed to be for your rent. HaHa.
